I am a resident in a hostel and believe I am being sexually harassed by my support worker. She is now being disciplined by her employer. Can I bring a claim against the employer and if so on what basis as I am a resident not an employee?

I think you would you would know perfectly well if you were being sexually abused.

Do you mean bring a claim or bring charges against the support worker?

Interesting first post and user name by the way.
Apologies you didn't say abused.

I'm not entirely clear why you aren't sure about whether or not you are being harassed, what has been happening?

I'm not entirely sure what you could claim for if you are not sure if you are being harassed. You would need to prove it has occurred and that you have suffered in some way as a consequence.
You would also need to prove that in some way the employer could have known that the employee would harass you and failed to stop it or knew and failed to stop it or could have foreseen it and failed to act.
"nteresting first post and user name by the way. "

what are you inferring exactly ?
I think it might be the numerical element that has raised an eyebrow.
