It sounds to me like your head gasket has blown. The combustion of your engine will be pushing your water into your combustion chamber and out through your exhaust. Check to see if you can see water or steam coming out of your exhaust after the car has been running for a while. If not take offyour oil cap when the engine is cool and stopped. If there is a white deposite on your cap and inside your engine it is because the water is getting into your oil. Either way it will need sorting asap as it will be damaging your engine.
It may also be due to cracked or worn hoses. When the water is hot the steam produced is escaping from somewhere - but not neccessarily a big enough crack to allow water out.
How many cars have you got and are they all broken?
