Works a treat Naz; a friend of mine used one on the Malverns one year. He was only off work for 5 months and on crutches for a further 2! lol

Old upside down dining table, whch goes like a fricking rocket if it's varnished, plus you have the added advantage of legs to cling on to whilst your life flashes infront of your eyes.
