Hi
I have a bmw 3 series 2001 e46 and the fuse for the brake lights keeps blowing leaving the brake lights constantly on, I would be very grateful if anyone could help me fix this problem. Thanks in advance

It won't be the fuse, it's more than likely a faulty brake light switch.

Three things spring to mind ..
1. Brake switch fault as stated.
2. If car has bulb monitoring system with display, that control box (usually in boot) could be faulty.
3. Water in rear lamp bulb-holders. Check this.
