I have just applied for a new drining liceince as we have changed address.

Should I send off the old one before I receive the new one or wait until the new one gets here?

Take copies before you post just in case they get 'lost' and send by recorded delivery.

Do what motorcyclists have to do as the dvla sometimes loose the motorbike details and the biker has to take another test for his bike.

Send a stamped addressed envelope for them to send your old licence back to you so you have proof you passed your test !
