What amperage of battery would be best for a Transit based motor caravan with a 2.5 diesel engine?

The present 60Ahr battery has died in the cold and I`m sure it never was up to the task.

I would try to get one of about 120Ahr + min as you r using it as a motor home. I would also take advise from a battery specialist, as your alternator may not be ' man enough ' .
