Unscrew the oil filler cap and see whether the oil has emulsified ie does it have a sludgy whiteish residue in it.

cylinder head gasket failure can be easy to determine. A large stream of white smoke billowing from the exhaust and an overheating engine are sure signs. However more subtle cylinder head gasket failure may be more difficult to diagnose. The engine may experience mysterious coolant loss, or only lose coolant when the engine is driven under heavy load. You may even experience a rough running engine when you first start the vehicle.
if you have an exhaust gas analyser, place the probe into the space above the coolant either in expansion tank or radiator PLEASE DO NOT IMMERSE PROBE END INTO THE COOLANT, run the engine ,if the probe is able to pick exhaust gases that it, you have issues
High Hydrocarbon content in exhaust gas ....
Constant bubbling up of air (which will be cylinder leakage) into coolant header tank ...
