Has anyone owned one of these cars, now imported into the UK by Merlin Garages of Wales? How did you find the car in everyday use? Did you enjoy being an owner, or was it a terrible mistake?

yes,
I had two of those during late sixties, and early seventies, and i really enjoyed them, a very roomy car for that era, and very reliable.

If im not mistaken, they use them in india as taxis, hundreds and thousands of them in kolkata and delhi. I had the privilage of travelling in many during my trip, and although the were a bit rattly, very reliable it seems
