I would be very much surprised if any car rental firm would rent a vehicle to learner drivers. They usually stipulate that the full licence must have been held for at least 12 months.

I was wondering if you would be able to rent a car together with someone who has a full driving licence? I suppose then you can't get into driver's seat. I'm in the process of looking for similar services in Guildford, too, and would like to hear if you had any luck finding learners car rentals in GU area.
