Hi Darren, I run a 2003 7 series 4.4 Bmw. It has been converted to run on LPG so the fuel costs have been halved.
An example run recently was from Hull to Plymouth, I got to about 30 miles from Exeter before the gas ran out. This was from a 56 ltr tank in the spare wheel well, doing 70ish constant. it cost about �30 to fill up.
This is the only reason I can afford to run this car after owning a 2.3 Scorpio which I had converted myself costin around �2000, it paid for itself in about a year.
this is the way to go IMO.
