Does anyone know what the minimum thickness front disc should be for a 2002 nissan xtrail 2.0 petrol?

No , but are the discs 'lipped' badly?, if so a MOT usually fails them, from my experience

No but pads needs replacing and discs look quite worn was going to grind them flat again but iv ordered new discs and pads now to be on the safe side.
