Car was running fine mon, monday night would not start not turning over. Pipes frozen so thawed added anti freeze, still no turn over, tried jump start changed starter moter, when you turn the key its coughs once, and a very faint kind of humming sound but nothing. No sludge in oil no indication of blown head gaskets Any ideas?

When you turn & try to start the car, is there plenty of life in the battery?

The car does not turn over at all.Have tried today, it just makes a clicking sound.and the slight humming sound, have changed the starter moter so not that.
