can i put a private plate that says BA02LEY onto a 52 plate thanks.

The rule is that the plate must not make the car appear younger. So 02 is OLDER than 52. It would however be illegal to move the sevcond part so there is no gap. Forgive my naivety but what does ba02ley spell?
