I have admitted the accident was my fault and have offered to pay the woman cash for the estimate she got from the Car Repair Company. How do I word a contract to cover me that I've paid her the cash and I won't be liable for any more monies? She got an estimate for the damage and not a quote of 513.

I once had one written for me, the gist of which was, I xxxxxx xxxxxxx, accept payment in cash of 513 in full and final settlement of all damages and injuries sustained in the road traffic collision between me and Mr Oldhamfan on Monday, 1st Whatever 2008.. two signatures at the bottom. I did two copies too. Never heard a d1ckie bird after that. Don't know if it's perfect but if no one better qualified answers it may be of help?
