grrrrr, WHY would a car manufacturer choose to hide this??? anyway, thats not my question! where the blinking heck is the above thing in my renault clio 98.

I think it is in the top right hand corner,as you look at the car with the bonnet up, i think it is a small oval black cap in the black scuttle panel, just to hide it
