Our car is a Citroen Xsara Picasso. when stationary with the engine switched off, we like to lasten to the radio. However, after 30 minutes it switches itself off, and evrything else for that matter. The message comes up ECONOMY MODE. The only way to get things working again is to start the engine. Can this economy mode be overridden ? If so, how is it done please. Thanks in advance

According to this board the length of time before Economy Mode becomes active can be set by a dealer, with one contributor claiming their Picasso now has 2 hours before timing-out.
You think 30 mins is annoying. I have the new C4 Grand Picasso and ecconomy mode cuts in after just 5 mins. The dealer says there is nothing that can be done to change it. To listen to the radio whilst parked I have to leave the engine running. Great car otherwise though.
