Hi, Behind the Interior light (between the drivers seat & passeger seat) there should be a Cranking area (It may look like a bolt, Insert a tool that came with the car & wind it back, Are you sure you HAVE checked the right fuse?
are the motors making a noise? mine used to stop at times but id just press and release the button a couple of times and it would be fine

if they have power it may just be that you need to wind it by hand like TWR says.
guessing this , is an electric roof ,,,,, it could be that the electric motor is knackererd ,...it may make a noise when you press the switch , but it wont actually move the roof as such , - ou say you have checked the fuses ,,, guessing that you know where switch is ....... as another replier said , you should still be able to move the roof manually with the right , tool ......

knew how to do it manually but thanks.got it so boot and windows work automatic but roof wont tilt., someone put me onto a person called Derek at DS Auto who lives in Newbury Berkshire who is apparantly an expert on broken transtop.I rang but no answer.Does anyone know who else i could contact.
ok its been a little while since i had mine (god i miss it) but at one time mine went funny. The boot went up to correct level and the prongs came out but it didnt latch on to roof. I had to turn the switch at rear of cabin over and back again and it clicked.

Try calling a honda dealer for advice over phone perhaps?

or try some forums http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=honda+c rx+forum+delsol&meta=
