Vauxhall Corsa (L reg) misfire

I've got a misfire which is a bit erratic but always on cylinder no 4.
I've changed the plugs, HT leads and cap. I've had the head off, checked the valves, bores, pistons and fitted a new cylinder head gasket but I've still got the problem.
I can hear it through the exhaust and it affects the power when going up hill. It seems more prevalent when the engine has warmed up.
Any suggestions?
