Mitsubishi Colt 2004, replacing blown headlamp bulb

Stupid query; I know how to get access to the casing from the wheel arch, but I cannot see what I am doing, have misplaced the Manual and do not know how to get the bulb out. Can anyone give advice: straight tug, twist to thr side, button to press, lever to squeeze, etc., or even maybe copy the Manual instructions? Thanks.
