Can anyone tell me how to wire up my spitfire mk3?

I am currently restoring a triumph spitfire mk3 and with the body tub back from the spray shop i am starting to get things back together. My main problem is the wiring loom comming out into the engine bay (next to the fuse box) I have the loom intact but have no idea what wires go where. Can someone please advise me how to wire up the voltage regulator, coil, soleniod etc? Wire colours and basic descriptions would help! Cheers.
