Yeh I'm watching it, I stopped reading labels ages ago they mean nothing I try to strike a balance between instant stuff and home made but it is difficult sometimes. It is the fat content that makes food tasty but I find that when making my own stuff if I use olive oil and some herbs you can't tell the difference. I bought some fish today from Tesco finest range (frozen) for a quick meal, it was awful so never again.
hi sleepy when i was a boy i use to help out on my local farm nd one of the farms was a chichen farm they use to clean them out once a year all chickens use to walking around in there own crap and i use to go to slaughter house to watch pigs and cows being killed if people saw that in real life many would not even eat meat lol
You want cheap food ? This is the cost, little cuddly chickens crowded 300 per square foot just so you can save 30p.

When I was a kid my mum used to send me to the local chicken farm to buy a dozen 'crackeds'. These were from chickens that had struttted happily around a field before being hung upside in a cup and had a knife pushed through their happy free-range heads so the blood dripped and could be collected to make even more profit while they struggled in their death throes. I was in the background stirring bits of cow to make lard in a huge vat, and Bible Class the next day to make it all better.

By god Bill Bailey is unfunny. He does anti-Bush jokes though, so he is terribly popular.
