My boyfriend was driving my car whilst I was out of the country. I had asked him to take my son to school and bring him back etc. I added him onto my insurance. He got zapped by a speeding camera doing 48 on a 40 limit road. I have got pictures from the police of the car and they are from the front and it is clear that it is not me as I am female and the driver is male. I honestly do not know where he lives. He moved in with me for a few months. Is it sufficient just to include his name and that he lives in Bramley Leeds, as that is all that I know. I do have the address of a house he owns but it is rented out, he doesn't live there. Any help would be appreciated.

HA HA HA another one trying to avoid a fine. Why don`t you just pay it regardless of who was driving.

You allowed his to have your car in your absence. You entrusted your son (how old?) into his car.
You added him to your insurance.

BUT you do not have an address!
I must admit, I would insist on knowing the address of anyone who I trusted with my car and to take my child to school.
