Honda remote and replacement key

Have just got a secondhand car with only one key and remote fob.
I can't seem to find any red keys or codes to alrams or anything.
How much would Honda charge to get a spare key and fob programmed up?
The key is an imobilised one and the fob works the central locking and alarm system.
