Just bought a 2001 vito 112 and on the dash is a switch with a picture of a petrol pump next to what looks like a box with a bit of liquid in the bottom and a drip......tried pushing it but nothing seems to happen, there are wires going into the back of it, but there is no mention of it in my owners handbook.
Anybody got any ideas

Thanks in advance, Dave

The petrol flap unlocks with the central locking so its not that....
Assuming you have a diesel engine in your van it is a system indicator in connection with the water separation system.

As far as day to day use is concerned you can ignore it so my local MB dealer tells me.
