Yesterday after a longish flight I noticed a dent on top of my head.

Could this be due to the cabin pressure or dehydration.

Maybe a bag fell on your head from an unlocked storage space whilst you were asleep?
How can you see the top of your head? The position of my eyes won't let me do that.

You probably had it before but you have now noticed it. If cabin pressure did that, I would be most worried surely? What dog do you have incidentally?
When I was little I was told that if I picked my nose too much my head would cave in. Perhaps this is the case with you?
Unless you are a small baby - you will not have a gap in your head that would indent if you are dehydrated or through cabin pressure- you will have solid bone - if it had suddenly became dented, I think that you would be experiencing some kind of pain. I would think that it has always been there. I am not aware if there are any illnesses that would cause this to happen.
Hmmm, i dont know where you went, but maybe a little insect from the other country made a nest in your head. It may have laid some eggs under your skin so get it checked out...
Perhaps the Head Stewardess made an impression upon you.
