No ventilation - Renault Megane

Hi, sorry to be a bit of a girlie. I have a 5 year old Renault Megane which has just had a main-dealer service - only now the fans/de-mister to the windscreen don't work. Is this something the garage might have done, or is it likely to be a new fault.

Could be something the garage has done but it's probably a blown fuse.The handbook should show you where the fuse box is and which one to check
