how often should a car be washed waxed and polished

also is the shampoo with wax already in it any good?.....does this keep the body work in better condition and make it last longer

Always use a good quality car shampoo not washing up liquid once a week. Wax shampoo does not do much.

Use a good polish like autoglym about once a month.

Do it in the sunshine when waxing, also always leather.
