If the main linkage between the gear selector shaft and the gearbox hasn't been disturbed (new gearbox or clutch fitted) then it could be the linkage on the back of the gearbox which can get a bit sloppy on Corsa's.
You can adjust the remote shaft which has a pinch bolt, but if you move it too far over to get fifth, you could end up losing reverse or even first and second.
Best bet is to get it checked by a garage.
