I have just received a NIP REMINDER dated end of January 07 for an alleged offence in London. I did not receive any original letter of NIP - Where do I stand?

well,if this is a reminder,then they must have sent a original,whether you received it or not.if they can prove they sent the original,which i expect they can,then you have not got a leg to stand on.if you try and contest it on those grounds it could cost you a lot more in the long run.
