As i could not remember which Tesco garage I had bought from it took me a while to trace the right one.
You dont have to go to any Tesco garage to get the forms they just give you a phone number and you start from there, the easiest way is on the net.
www.tesco.com/petrol/petrol.asp
if you dont have a reciept and you phone 0800 028 6428 and you used your clubcard they can work out from the card where you bought the petrol from and providing your garage is on the list[ the list is huge] you should be okay to claim.
I know this is a late posting but I have just got round to doing something about it and there must be others like me.

glad to see you have sorted it out in the end,over my way they were giving out forms.

normanthedog, tks for your help anyway, didnt realise until I saw the list how many garages were affected.
Sorry but wont be using their petrol again, my Citreon garage has recommended only using BP ultimate, so I will go with that.
