i have a peugeot 307 that is is only 34 months old. its still under warranty and has done 20,000 miles. the problem is the clutch plate is slipping and peugeot are saying its not covered under the warranty and theres nothing they can do. should some thing like this have happened on a car thats only done this mileage and is not 3 years old yet. in this space of time i have also had to have the engine mounts replaced twice and the bushes changed on the anti roll bar . should i fight it or are they right.

if you read your warrantee,it will say, excluding clutch, brakes, tyres, etc, etc,or very simelar wording.if its on the list you dont have a leg to stand, its classed as wear and tear.
the only way a dealer will cover a clutch under warranty is if it collapses or fails other than normal wear and tear. if the clutch is worn at this age/mileage it sounds as though whoever is driving the car is riding the clutch.
