honda crv tyre wear

I have 2 crv hondas, both cars are very sore on the tyres especiallly the front tyres which wear down the outer thread within 10 months, it has happened to both cars, i have checked both the tracking and alignment, just wondered if antone had a similar problem or any resolution, COS ITS COSTING ME A FORTUNE!!?

I would suggest getting the camber angle checked if that is possible nowadays - sounds as if your tyres are closer at the bottom than the top when looking directly at the front of the car from a distance.
Did you by any chance upgrade the suspension ?

Knackered springs wuld cause wear on the inside and I would assume that if one upgraded the suspension it would cause the opposite to happen.
I don't know where you are but if you are anywhere near maidstone kent go into stop and steer they will check the camber angle, caster angle, and all the ball joints, then check the tracking, its worth checking all possabilities and they will do this, if you are not near them find someone that will its worth it.
