car cuts out within two minutes of start up

I have a fiesta 1.2 W plate on a 2000.
At the start of every journey the car cuts out after about 2 or 3 minutes then it seems to be okay.
This problem happens every morning.Has anyone outhere any pointers as to what the problem might be

Try cleaning the throttle body out first they carbon up .also clean out the air by pass valve using brake cleaner or thinners this is located on the inlet manifold held on with 2 10 mm bolts
