I have my 6th test on saturday. I get extremely nervous beforehand. Am usually physically sick, waiting for it to start. And as soon as ecaminer gets into car, i fall apart. Everything goes down hill.

How can i control my anxiety better?

Someone told my brother to eat 2 bananas before his test (I know it sounds weird but seemingly they have something in them that helps calm you). anyway he did and he passed, my mum passed this tip on and other people say it helped.

I wish I'd known about it when I was doing mine - I was sick every time I went for a lesson - never mind a test!!

good luck!

Try Kalms tablets, but check their effect on you before the big day just in case.

I got v. nervous before my HGV tests and my trainer suggested them. They may be psychological, but anything helps.

Before my tests the trainer sat with me quietly in the car and told me just to sit and chill without talking.
Oh and stop thinking of the examiner as your enemy who is looking for the chance to fail you.
They actually WANT you to pass.
Come on, there are hundreds of us out here on tenterhooks.
How did it go?
I had mine 3 weeks agon and I was so nervous I fel sick too! I used Rescue Remedy a week before and found this helped. You put a drop on your tongue 3 times a day. Good Luck!

Sorry i didn't post the result.

Failed. 2 serious 6 minors. Nerves were really bad.

Seeing a Hypnotherapist, before next test. !!!

Failed 6 now
Go and see you doctor and they can prescribe a low dose of beta blockers...no they don't send you to sleep but prevent your body from being overloaded with adrenalin which is why you've been failing. I have had the same problem.
