Has the age when you can apply for a provisional licence gone up to 18, or is there plans to do this

no,its still 17,they are reviewing it though
It is still 17 and although some organisations like Brake are caling for it to be raised there are no plans to have it changed. If they did the DSA would have a very quiet year and go bust as would many driving instructors.
