Vauxhall Corsa speakers not working

Hello,

I have just purchased two speakers and a new CD player for my vauxhall corsa N reg. I have connected the unit to the existing block and the Cd player powers up fine but I am getting no sound from the speakers

Any ideas, Many thanks for your help

Hi newdriver, take a look to see that the cd player hasn't got a mute-sound button.
