can i use 2nd hand locks, barrels and keys?

i have a fiat bravo, but have no keys, is it possible to by the locks barrels and keys off of a broken bravo and put them in my one? will it work??

Depends on the age of the car and if it has an immobiliser fitted (the key will be chipped and it is programmed to the brain)
