No.
Yes, car traders have been known to fly to Glasgow buy cars at auction and have them trucked down South.
are many carts still used in the north of england?
Her Bruce when was Glasgow in the North of England. The answer is no for a simple reason the Noth East is a very rural area and therefore the people of the area are more relient on cars as the public transport is so poor, therefore the price of cars new or used remain high

Ahhh there's always one, or two, if we take into account your 'chum' Mr T. I bet you could sit on a tub of ice-cream and tell me what flavour it was.

actualy as a car dealer i would have to that yes it is slightly cheeper as the dealer needs to make less mony as overheads are lower and also people in the north drive a harder deal (especialy in the north west) this is an industry proven fact, and has had quite a few studys into it but i could not be botherd to trawl the internet to find one but if you get a copy of the motor trader mag (some how) you would find a month by month comparison of north to south.
