I have to go to court as I got caught speeding. My form has the colour of my car as black when it is blue. I know people have got away with the offence because of this and I was wondering if anyone had any proof that I could use....I know it's a long shot!

Not a hope. In certain lights blue can look black and vice versa. They are not too far apart to be able to say that it could not have been your car.
It's not a big difference of colour change.

If they wrote that your car is orange when in fact it's something like illuminous pink then yeah you might have a "claim" but black to blue... doubt it.

Just don't speed next time and so they won't get the colour of your car 'wrong'.
When speeding offences are dealt with in the Magistrates court the colour of the vehicle is not mentioned.

Have you received a summons to attend court or are you going through the fixed penalty process? (It makes no difference to your hope that you may escape a fixed penalty or prosecution you will not. Im just interested).
