Nothing just 1 is a main dealer who like to have huge profit one is a local garage that need customers - go with the local garage you will still have the same warrenty with it.
the main dealers price includes genuine parts, cam belt and tensioner plus labour vat and warranty for parts supplied, the local garage may have only price to supply a pattern belt and no tensioner, best to ask local garage what you are getting for your money if hes a half decent garage he will give you a breakdown of his costs and the same applies to the main dealer.
As John says, make sure what you know what you are being quoted for. You need a cam belt kit which includes belt, tensioners, rollers etc. If a plastic tensioner fails it will have the same catastrophic effect as if it were the belt snapping.
