toyota yaris owners? front window vents dont blow?

my yaris has no front window vent blower control--- went to dealer they can not find one on all there yaris's ----can anybody who ownes a yaris tell me how i can get the front window vents to work--------- to clear windows of fog or defrost? is this a defect?
