HDC or Hill Descent Control should be able to be switched off I believe by a yellow collar on the drive select lever, if not it may only be switchable via software in which case you need the interface lead and the official Land Rover software on a laptop. If you have the ABS light on, you have a problem! It could be just mud on one of the wheel sensors or it could be the pump, this could be why the other two lights are on, because HDC uses part of the ABS system. You should really contact the main dealer or a good independent specialist with the correct diagnostic equipment.
If the hdc, abs and tc lamps are illuminated all the time, it will need a new hub assy which comes with an abs sensor built in, it will have to go to a dealer to get t4 plugged in to confirm what wheel it is at fault.
Cheers
