I assume you mean you want to increase the power output of your engine, rather than the capacity as you have written in your answer. You cannot increase the capacity, for example, from 1.0 litre to 2.0litre by adding a turbo, only by adding another cylinder! (so by fitting a bigger engine, if that would fit) an expensive and complicated process. As for fitting a turbo to your engine, that may be possible, but Im not sure if any company manufacture such a thing for your particular car, (it is not something you can just buy in an accessory shop and fit yourself at home), get in touch with any of the well known tuning companies for advice. In my opinion, since your car is hardly likely to be any sort of performance model, making it more powerful is likely to make it less pleasent to drive rather than more, so I would simply swap it for a better car!

It is also likely to make it considerably less safe as its brakes, suspension and various other parts are not designed to handle the higher speeds involved. There is a good basic rule which is adhered to by all good motor racing teams. Before you make it go, be sure you can make it stop!

In addition you would have to inform your insurers (if you do not you risk driving without insurance cover). They would probably refuse to cover you if the vehicle was not capable of safely handling the increased power.

You can always see if the engine from a Suzuki Cappuccino fits, it's a 3 cylinder turbo lump.
