How easy is it to fit a ford ka heater valve and how do you do it?

Did it myself last evening. It's apparently a common problem. Bought new valve off ebay (�30). Followed instructions in Hayes manual. Took about an hour and a half. No real problems. Bit of a fiddle with small space getting hoses off and on. I did it with the engine warm so I didn't freeze to death in my cold garage!
Works a treat.
