The glow plug light on my peugeot 106 1.5D has started to come on whilst I am driving (normally whilst changing gear or when I take my foot off of the accelerator). I have just changed the glow plugs thinking this was the problem but the problem is still there! The break lights are also working fine. Does any one know what else could be causing the problem?

The heater plug control box turns the light on for a period of time that it decides, calculated by current draw. Control box could be faulty BUT because it only happens when the engine moves on its mountings the problem is likely to be wiring rubbed through or bieng pulled and causing an intermitant connection.

The box is behind the drivers headlight.
