ford galaxy wiper/heater failure!!!!!!

I have a 96 Galaxy Aspen 2.0 Petrol. Wipers, heater and rear window heater have all gone at same time! All fuses ok think prob must be a relay but cant identify which it would be and haynes manual is no help. Please Please can anyone help!!!!!!!
