I have a R reg Mondeo with 7000 RDS radio. I had a flat battery and had to re-set the radio. Code was no problem as I have this and entered it successfully, but the display comes up with PHONE I have an Orange handsfree kit fitted. Any sugestions?

i dont know enough about phone kits to answer this. try www.fordmondeo.org it's an excellent site with some very knowledgable people in the forums.

The handsfree lost its power lead and defaulted to muting the radio. Once lead re-connected all sprang back to life
