M reg escort radio code

I changed the battery on my M reg escort and lost the radio code. The serial number on the radio is 0535836. Any help much appreciated.

As far as I know you have to contact a Ford dealer to get the code. You have to pay about �20 for it.

p.s just been reading up on more questions and Loola seems to know the answer of someone elses radio code. Look a few questions before this. They might know your code.

Hi homer75. If your serial number starts with an M, Eg. M657643 then I will be able to supply you with the code. If not, then I would only be able to retrieve the code by actually having the set in my possession. The serial number you have given makes me believe that this set is not the M series. I hope this is of some help to you.

Thanks Loola, the set doesn't have an M as a prefix to the code it just says on label right hand side of unit:-

ford 2005

89FB-18K876-AB

0535836 ( I assume this is the serial number )
