my 1999 patrol 2.8 di is slipping its clutch .the clutch pedal is right at the top.is there any adjustment in the clutch or do i need a new clutch?the 4x4 has done 66000 miles

You will probably need a new clutch, there is no cable adjustment as these are opperated with a master and slave cylinder.
