Yesterday I had a text to say Arrow XL would be delivering an armchair to me between 7.15am and 11.15am today by 11.15 there was no show so I phoned them only to be told they have ' lost it' lost an armchair?, this is not the first time its happened. so I ask to speak to a manager who is going to call me back sometime today, I wont hold my breath. anger vented thanks for listening.

Lol actually I can I have the rest of the suite, reckon that chair fell off the back of the lorry.
